Our 2019 HackingKindness recipient: Mikayla's Grace
For 2019, our inaugural year, we were thrilled to work with the team at Mikayla's Grace.
About Mikayla's Grace
Mikayla's Grace provides NICU care packages and angel memory boxes to hospitals all around Wisconsin. Their mission is to support families with a baby in the NICU (neonatal ICU) and those who experience the death of an infant.
They also provide comfort packages for women who experience a miscarriage while at the hospital, in addition to providing other support for bereaved parents.
The project
Mikayla's Grace needed a new, modern website that was easy for them to update, allowed people to learn more about Mikayla’s Grace, easily find upcoming events and to donate without hassle or inconvenience.
Mikayla’s Grace also wanted to combine their existing event website for the annual Forever in Our Hearts Remembrance Day with the Mikayla’s Grace site so users could find information about the event and the organization all in one place.

We were the fortunate recipients of the Acumium HackingKindness project in 2019. The Acumium team did an amazing job at walking us through all of the steps and made the process so easy. We were impressed with the team's expertise as well as their approachability if we had concerns or questions.
